Things may be starting to happen

I found out that there have been surveyors from the developer out looking at the tailrace area. I managed to find out that the developer ‘is not intending to start before the middle of this year’. I am reading this as meaning they are intending to start in Q3, however as yet they have not applied for a red squirrel license from Scottish Natural Heritage.
