We’ve resumed our walks around the Donich circular now that the midgies have abated and there is no sign of any further construction activity.
We have also been in touch with Erin Goldie from Argyll and Bute planning. From their perspective, the next thing that will happen is that a ‘Notice of Initiation’ will have to be submitted by the developer. This has not happened yet and we will try to find out as soon as it does. Response from planners below.
Dear Mr McCune,
The Notice of Initiation will be made available for public viewing in the online planning file once it has been submitted to us.
Whilst all other information approved through the discharge of conditions can be made available upon request, it is not current practice to make it available for public viewing on the online planning file. We are however, currently reviewing our planning procedures and this is an area under consideration.
I can confirm, at this time, we have not discharged any planning conditions relative to this permission.
If I can be of any further assistance then please do not hesitate to contact me on the number below.
