The diversion path at the top of the waterfalls has now been repaired and is ‘crossable with care’ – i.e. it is reinstated but is very muddy (not alone in that as there has been a lot of rain recently).
Sunday today so I took a look at both top and bottom. At the top, the large pipe is laid out down the hillside, and the concrete mini-dam at the top has now been formed in the river and the wooden housing removed.
At the bottom, large numbers of trees have been felled and the foundations have been laid for the powerhouse.
